Our client is an initiative from one of the biggest microfinance banks of Peru. It is a loyalty platform that focuses on supporting micro businesses and entrepreneurs to promote their products as well as to learn and grow their financial literacy, and digital transformation skills.

Our client’s team and Tekton had to co-design the value proposition and MVP for this product, based on their Innovation Challenge winning project: "Mi Gente" ("My People").

The Solution
We introduced the 18 - 35 year range microentrepreneur segment into the financial system,gathering a community that optimally manages their money and financial score. Our client today provides different services to help their customers reactivate and enhance their businesses in the face of the new normal of 2020 through a digital platform of services that promotes their growth and digital insertion.

We also developed and launched to market this solution supported on agile methodologies and with these helped our client increase digital transactions and reduce the use of cash among Yevo´s community.
