In Colombia, the backlog of improvements and updates had been accumulating for over four years on the platform utilized by energy regulatory entities. It was crucial to access the technical know-how required for developers to make necessary changes and adjustments. The main challenge was identifying autonomous senior profiles capable of leading various work cells and carrying out different requirements in conjunction with the user department, the internal development team, and the U.S.-based control division.

A team of specialists was assembled to facilitate an expedited onboarding process.
